Unfortunately, emojis, Chinese, Cyrillic, and other special characters cannot be printed. If these are entered, they will appear as blank spaces. Please only use letters from the Latin alphabet.

• What should I consider when choosing my photo?

When selecting a photo, make sure it is well-lit (preferably with daylight and no flash) and clear, not blurry. Since we cannot review each order, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of the photo you upload.

• My goods couldn't be delivered. What should I do?

We cannot control the actions of shipping carriers and aren't responsible for delivery issues.
